Peter Monaghan is an Irish artist, from the North of Ireland who originally trained as an architect, before pursuing his passion for painting. His Irish landscape paintings are executed using a very limited palette of colours, but he still achieves a broad but subtle tonal range in his paintings, which combined with his painterly impressionistic style, perfectly captures the changing moods of the Irish landscape.
