The Jorgensen Gallery fully respects your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information that you submit will be treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.

The Jorgensen Gallery does not collect any of your personal information on our website, apart from information which you have personally volunteered, either by subscribing to our newsletter or by contacting the gallery by email. Any information which you provide in this way is only used by the Jorgensen Gallery for the purpose for which you provided it.

We use this information for the following purposes:

  • To send you email updates of new artworks at the gallery.
  • To offer you tickets for art fairs that the gallery participates in.
  • To send you invitations to exhibition previews.
  • To send you exhibition catalogues, if you have supplied your mailing address and asked us to do so.

Our website does not use cookies, except for temporary "session" cookies which enable a visitor’s web browser to remember which pages on this website have already been visited. Visitors can use this website with no loss of functionality if cookies are disabled in their web browser.

No information is collected that could be used by us to identify individual website visitors. The technical details logged are confined to the following items:

  • The top-level domain name used (for example .ie, .com, .org, .net).
  • The previous website address from which the visitor reached us, including any search terms used.
  • Clickstream data which shows pages visited.

IDENTIFICATION OF USERS
The Jorgensen Gallery will never make any attempt to identify individual website visitors or to associate any of the technical details listed above with any individuals. Any technical information gathered regarding visitors to our website is never disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of analysing website visitor behaviour. For this purpose we use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
